Hi! As the sun sets on summer an abundant autumn of art competitions, children’s competitions, photography contests, exhibitions & interesting things lies ahead…
The Gallery returns with an open call to create a work of 2D art in response to the theme ‘The State We’re In’. 10 selected artists will each receive £2,000, their proposals will be reproduced at scale and displayed for millions to see in public sites across the UK. Open to artists from any country, free to enter (18 and over).
Selected artists will be invited to the exhibition launch in January 2023. If based in the UK, standard travel and one night accommodation will be included. For artists based outside of the UK, a travel stipend of £200 towards any/all travel expenses, including visa fees and one night’s accommodation is included (closes 6th October, 2022)
