Hi folks! The TALP Open 2023 opens for entries today for 2D works in any media. Run by The Artist and Leisure Painter magazines in association with Patchings Art Centre for over 25 years. 70 works will be selected for a group show in the Leisure Painter category, and 70 from more experienced and professional artists in The Artist category. Open to UK & International artists, £20 entry for 3 works (closes 4th Apr)

The Sunny Art Prize is open for entries with a £6,000 prize fund (£3,000 1st prize & London solo show), the top 3 winners awarded 1 month art residency in China. 30 artists will be selected for a group show in London next October. Plenty of time to prepare with a Summer closing date. £25 fee, UK & Int. (30 Jun)

Society of Graphic Fine Art - £2,000+ prize fund, emphasis on excellence in drawing and draughtsmanship, London group show, £20 fee, UK & Int. (6 Jan)

Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours Open - £6,500 prize fund, London group show, £20 fee, UK & Int. (6 Jan)

Photo Drone Awards - €1,600 of prizes, drone photography, €15 fee, UK & Int. (1 Apr)

Henry Moore Grants - up to £20,000 grants for sculpture commissions & exhibitions. “If your exhibition or commission project aims to encourage new thinking about sculpture or sculpture history, or contributes to public awareness and appreciation of sculpture, you are eligible to apply.” UK only. (application period 2 Nov - 2 Dec)
