RA Call For Entries
Hello! It’s goodbye winter break and on with the show as the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition opens for entries on the theme ‘Climate’ and a £50,000+ prize fund.
Watching the BBC’s behind the scenes show always makes me want to take part so I finally waved goodbye to £38 to reserve one of 16,500 entry slots and a scarily short 6 weeks to come up with a finished artwork. Fancy joining me?
Up to 4,000 entries will be shortlisted for the final round - 2021’s showed 1,300 works. Let me know if you get selected for the exhibition and I’ll feature your work here too. Good luck and maybe see you there! More info on MoMa (closes 2 Mar).
British sculptor Alison Wilding leads this year’s committee alongside artists Rana Begum, Grayson Perry, Farshid Moussavi & Conrad Shawcross.
