The Art Gemini Prize celebrates it’s 10th anniversary with a prize fund of £4,000 and group exhibition at the Zari Gallery, Fitzrovia, London.

Open to UK & International artists working in 2D and 3D. £20 entry for 1 work. View the shortlisted artists from last year’s exhibition. (closes 9th July)

For something so fundamental to painting it’s rare to hear an artist talk so eloquently about the musicality and variation of brushes. How they’re weighted, the way they’re designed to be held, moved and utilised. Five minutes well spent with Australian artist Jo Bertini for the Talking with Painters podcast.

Art Opportunities

New arts jobs this week in England, Scotland, Wales, NI, Ireland & UK wide.

Art opportunities worldwide from Art Deadline, Art Rabbit & ArtistOpenCalls.

The most important factor driving online art sales is.. Scarcity! Nice roundup of art sales strategy live chats from theprintspace’s Facebook Group.

See you next week,

Grant
