Rising Stars exhibition for artists age 35 & under, textile art biennial, photo & kids competitions
Hi! Thanks to a new MoMa reader for introducing me to the open call for the RBA Rome Scholarship & Rising Stars Exhibition.
Open to UK based figurative artists (painting, drawing, printmaking or sculpture) aged 18-35. The winner receives £5,000 cash plus 4 weeks accommodation at Sala Uno gallery and arts centre in Rome - staying in a self-contained apartment within an extensive walled garden in the grounds of the gallery. Includes studio space, two meals per day from a nearby restaurant and return flights to Rome.
40 semi-finalists for the RBA Rome Scholarship will be selected for the Rising Stars exhibition at the Royal Over-Seas League, Mayfair, London.
